It is time for me to go back abroad to the US in order to finish my studies. My car will stay in my garage though over the year and I will continue the work after my return That will be fun!

Finally the new tuning-season starts. The snow is melting and the pretty cars are coming back out of the garages… Mine as well Finally!!! Working on it has been fun so far, but the time is not there anymore. I need to fix my hifi system for whatever reason. Guess because of the lack of use… but we’ll see what it is. Right now I am working on my new frontlights, etc. First comes first, but I will be able to cruise around soon again! I’ll be back sooooon Enjoy watching the newest updates on this page! Grand 

Has been a while since I put the last post in here, but I was too busy with studying

But now there are the good news:

Cover of my doorknob is back on…looks just perfect!

New frontlight is ordered and my soundsystem works just perfectly.

But with winterrims (I put them on today) my car is too freakin’ close to the ground! I think I need to take some pics

Finally my JVC KD-AVX22 is in. For about two weeks now I am the proud owner of a DVD player headunit with a nice 3.5′ screen. I finally put my Ground Zero’s back in as well so the sound gets better and better

I unfortunately have to say that I need to put the cover of the frontlight (drivers side) back on… otherwise the humidity of the winter might damage the bulbs… but I don’t have the time…

And I have to rethink the cover of the doorknob on my frontdoor…

Every time I try to buy things on the internet sth happens. Same thing this time.

I tried to buy a new headunit, since I got rid of my Alpine (which I did not like) and tried to buy sth via ACR online shop.

Unfortunately they never replied to my order, even though I ordered it again! Maybe they don’t need money… you never know

Well, something that makes every car driver (unless they drive on other things than petrol/gasoline) unhappy are the gasprices almost all over the world. Same thing for me. I just came back from the gasstation. My very small car seems to have a leak, otherwise I can’t explain why I had to pay over 70€ on gas… Oh… I have an explanation. The price per liter is right now: 1.48€ which is considerably cheap to last week and probably the upcoming vacation season. So I guess the gas industry will increase the prices again to “steal” the money from the people that need their cars. Luckily I can go by train, but not many people are that lucky.

Well, time to think of sth. Since the government is not able to keep the price down, we have to find a different way I guess…

I will keep up the work on my car though. Since it is a hobby

Since I am busy studying for my exams, it is unfortunate for me not being able to work on my car. But the weather sucks anyways, so I don’t really care. Unfortunately I kinda lost the mood working on it as well, cuz there are always people you rely on, that disappoint you at the end. For this reason, I have to remove some sponsor-stickers again

But I will get back to work as soon as possible and with new motivation soon, I hope. So far stay tuned and remember to “tune it safe” like the police called it in Friedrichshafen!

Since my headunit from Alpine is not good enough for me anymore, I replaced it again. Now I am able to listen to music again

I guess I will sell it and buy me a new one… For now I am using an old radio with mp3 cd’s. But as soon as the other one is sold I will buy a radio with dvd function!

Since the weather turns out to be just perfect, the work on cars continues. Last weekend I started to work on a friends Audi. The first preparation for his sound system: get the cables from the battery and the radio to the trunk. Problem: Audi has a seperated trunk @ the A4 quattro.

But no problem for us. We finished almost the complete work in 2,5 hours!
